2. No Guarantee of Approval
The Client acknowledges that SME Grant Advisory Pte Ltd has no control over the decisions of government funding bodies (such as Enterprise Singapore, WSG, or SSG). While our vetting and grant writing services are performed with professional diligence, we explicitly state that our services do not guarantee successful grant approval.
3. Client Responsibilities
For vetting and grant writing services, the client is solely responsible for providing truthful, accurate, and complete financial and operational data. SME Grant Advisory Pte Ltd will not be held liable for application rejections or legal penalties resulting from fraudulent or inaccurate information provided by the client.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, simplified frameworks, eligibility checklists, and layout designs on this website are the intellectual property of SME Grant Advisory Pte Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Singapore law, SME Grant Advisory Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses, missed deadlines, or rejected claims arising from the use of this website or our advisory materials.
